If you're not sure about which services you need, feel free to
contact us. We wouldn't want you to pay for something you don't need.
Does a perfect mix actually need mastering?
This a common question. Short answer is yes - there are a lot of things you simply can't do in the mix.
Can I get the mixed stems or the session files?
Yes, no problem. Just request them as soon as we are done. We’ll send them completely free of charge.
Can you make me sound like “Such Artist” or “So Artist”?
We would argue it is a good question to ask yourself: do you actually want to copy an artist, or would you rather shine as an individual?
When you’ve answered this question, then it is a matter of making sure that the arrangement and sound design are correct. Feel free to ask this by

How is my right of withdrawal / how does refunding work?
You’ll receive a full refund if:
- We checked your song and we think it’s not suited for our service.
- You decide to cancel and you didn’t receive an order confirmation yet.
You’ll receive a 50% refund if:
- You decide to cancel while we are already working on your project.
You’ll receive no refund if:
- We have delivered the first full version.
